Comments: I've known this since 1988 when I became the office troublemaker. Why? I asked for a large HP laser printer to be moved away from my desk because the fumes were making me nauseous. This machine was in constant use. So they moved it 3ft away, and still I wanted to vomit. There was research to support Morawska's findings back then, but bosses just don't want to know. The cost of re-cabling or otherwise re-arranging offices to put printers away from people is not something they want to be bothered with.
