Comments: The part that makes even less sense is the fact that half of those games/publishers were up at the start. I own a lot of those games, but if I were to try and buy them now, no dice. It's broken beyond belief.

I own Dawn of War on Steam, but can't buy it's latest expansion through steam. Do the publishers even care about the sales lost from this backwards thinking?
