I'm impressed by the product, but not the price point. Not a very logical step forward by Apple, particularly in Australia

Looks a bit like a Sony VIAO notebook to me. All in all not very impressed by it.

This sucks, seriously, glass displays on the Macbook Pro. They just killed off most of the MCP's and Cinema Display's market. No photographer, designer or video editor wants glass glossy screens. They smudge, get dirty and have terrible reflections. Bad move Apple, style over substance. And $2000 in Australia for an allumium Macbook. This is a bad move!

I must be missing something on these "reduced" prices. I could get an old macbook for around $1650. I can now get a new macbook for the consumer friendly price of $2100. Hmmmmmmm, THATS AWESOME
