Recently, New York has passed a bill that requires process servers to use some form of GPS tracking while performing their serves. In response to this, LoyalDog Software has released its GPS/Photo-Enabled field update application for process servers on the iPhone Market. This free program allows process servers to take photos and send in job updates with gps co-ordinates into their software. LoyalDog has an open API so that all process servers can use this application regardless of what software they use to run their business on. A former process server himself, LoyalDog owner Robert Dayton states Process servers need something easy and inexpensive that works so they can keep their mind on getting their job done. Right now, there is considerable buzz in the industry about GPS. says Robert, A few software companies are rushing to own the technology and get expensive vendor lock-in. Our company has an open API that ensures that all software companies and other agencies with proprietary technology can tune their apps to use the LoyalDog mobile application and it wont cost them a penny.
