    Awesome price, great picture.

    • Good: I have managed to configure mine to get an awesome picture - I don't feel the need to even consider upgrading to 1080 projectors and i've had my PE7700 for ages now and I'm only projecting on specially painted wall!
    • Bad: Took me a while to get the perfect picture, but in saying that, I am extremely fussy and my 'out of the box' reaction was "WOW!"

well yes I love the Image and its quiet in fact too quiet at moment cause it is in the shop with the Lamp fault !!

    • Good: great image, quiet, easy to use
    • Bad: Lamp issue is a concern

I love this machine, and yes I had the firmware updated. Sofar, perfection. HD-DVD looks incredible, Satellite HD is incredible and xbox 360 is fabulous. I'm in love with this machine.

    • Good: picture quality, ease of installation AND PRICE!
    • Bad: the early lamp/firmware issue, but that seems to be gone.

    Brilliant!

For the money i don't think you can beat the over-all quality. Sure it does has some small issues, but they are small. Great work from Benq in my opinion.

    • Good: Great image quality!
Wonderful contrast and easy set up.
I love the light in the remote, very hand
      Great value for money
    • Bad: Slight blur in corners but acceptible.

Whats the matter with the matter..

I have a very highend DvD player and I can upscale or downscale on it thus I do not need the feature on the projector.. what's worse is that not only Can I not turn it off but it looks really bad with my older DVD's .. anything not in letter box or 16:9 is lost.. that's a bummer.. having said that , I bought mine for 1295.00 with free shipping bought my electric screen for 275.00 and got a free ceiling mount with the unit... set up was a snap and it really does look every bit as good as my 1080dpi toshiba dlp hm195 62. For under 2000.00 I have an incredible and elegant system that does not detract from my families living room.. and when the screen comes down it always gets an oohh, ahhh..
    Rocks..a solid 9.5

    • Good: Great definition, easy set up .. bright bright picture for the $$$$ quiet.
    • Bad: Corners distort, left corner appears dim with HD sports Broadcast, Dowscaling and upscaling can't be turned off..

    poor image

    • Good: nice resolution
    • Bad: when the image scrolls left to right at a decent speed (which is 90% of the time if you're playing fps games on your 360) it looses quality immensely!! don't buy it if you play 360 games on it ..fps or not... i returned mine!

    You can find better

    • Good: Nice picture out of the box. Easy setup.
    • Bad: Lousy lamp. Needs constant firmware updates. Returned unit four times for firmware updates & no HDMI picture. Not worth the hassle.
