- Good: Compact, Good Design, Good Quality Reduces the noise cancellation better than any other headphones
- Bad: Very expensive, Battery is needed to use it.
Ive been using the BOSE QC3 for the past 3 months and sound quality is good but bass effect reduced in it reduces the sound quality in it but if we customize the equalizer then it'll be really good to compare with QC2 and other headphones

- Good: Noise canceling
- Bad: Music sounds muted and tinny compared to IEMs like my Sennheiser CX-300s ($55) or especially the Shure E530 ($450).
I have the Shure E530 and fly American often where they give you a pair of QC3's in business class. The noise canceling is great, but the sound compared to the Shures is terrible. It's muted and nowhere near as clear as my Shures. I realize the Shures are more expensive than the Bose, but for sound quality, they're amazing.

- Bad: Smaller then previous midel but sound is sadly not better.
I spent half an hour comparing the QC3 and QC2. The QC3 is unarguably smaller, but my ear won't lie to me..... sound quality-wise the QC2 is significantly better, although the QC3 pumps out more base and it makes the sound unbalanced. I have no regret choosing the QC2 instead of the newer QC3.

Why people continue to think rechargeable battery is good feature? I think not. Guess how many chargers I have to carry when I travel. Cell phone, GPS, PDA, camera, ipod. Worse yet, if I don't label them, I forgot which charger is for which. Some of them do look the same in terms of power jack. I wish they all use battery, so I can go Rome, Tokyo without worrying the wall plug.
