This upcoming product from D-Link is the first VoIP handset we've seen that uses a mobile phone form factor. It's quite stylish and features in-built Wi-Fi support, so you're able to make VoIP calls anywhere there's a wireless hotspot.

I bought that exact USB phone here in Tokyo. It's branded BUFFALO, who have a major presence across Japan in IT goods. It's a nice phone, clear and light. Occassionally though, it doesn't boot properly. Other than that, it has been a great device. Of course it works with other VOIP software like MSN Messenger and Yahoo.
