More NETGEAR reviews , RRP: AU$369.00

The good:

  • No need for a connected PC
  • Good audio quality

The bad:

  • Much more expensive than a set of headphones
  • Bland visual design
  • Battery life could be better

The bottomline:

If you're hopeless Skypeaholic with a home Wi-fi router, the SPH101 is your dream product. If you're a budget minded VoIP fanatic, maybe not.

Support from Netgear is close to worthless. I hear inverter whine whenever the backlight in on. The phone randomly reboots - which is really bad when your on hold with Netgear.

Skype no longer lists this phone on their website, so it's been pulled after being sold for less than three months.

Pros: Small form factor, bright screen

Cons: Software is buggy, hardware is just as buggy.

Battery life is rubbish

Easy to configure ,literally takes a minute to setup.
Good voice quality.
