What should I do if my Printer(DCP-185C) unable to print? troubleshooting and maintenance chapter in user's guide appears..what should I do about it?can you please help me..thanks!!!

you can't install printer that has ran out of ink, right?

I reformat my PC . But when I reinstalled this printer (Brother DCP-185c)it stops at the connect the machine or plug in the USB cable portion. How can I install the printer again?

GO to computer-device manager, uninstall the brother with yellow question mark then proceed to your installation.
