Citroen C3 Picasso: a people mover on a small canvas

Paris Motor Show 2008 preview Citroen has taken the wraps off its little people mover, the C3 Picasso, ahead of the Paris Motor Show later this year. And like a good French car it has a certain je ne sais quoi.

A certain something
The French have a knack for making people movers look, if not sexy, then funky and interesting. Although we're not quite sure it's what Pablo Picasso would've come up with were he handed the task of designing a car.
