MSI Wind12 U200
18 Sep 2009 5:13 PM
The MSI Wind12 U200 sits in that comfortable space between netbook and laptop — if you have modest needs, but still want a decent screen size and a bit more power than Intel's Atom offers, the U200 might be the laptop you're looking for.
Specs: 160 GB, 2GB , Intel Celeron , 1.2 GHz, 12.1 inch

MSI VR603
17 Aug 2009 12:44 PM
MSI's VR603 is a perfectly fine budget laptop marred by the use of the Sentelic touchpad.
Specs: 250 GB, 2GB , Intel Pentium , 2.0 GHz, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 , 15.4 inch

MSI GT725
27 Jul 2009 5:14 PM
MSI's GT725 is a bleeding fast laptop. There's a number of design and software concerns, however, the price alone allows most of these to be forgiven. If you need a powerful desktop replacement, consider the GT725.
Specs: 300 GB, 4GB , Intel Core 2 Quad , 2 GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 , 17 inch

MSI Wind Top AE1900
20 May 2009 9:37 AM
MSI's Wind Top AE1900 tries harder than most to sell the nettop concept, but still falls flat in several specific areas, especially value for money.
Specs: Windows XP Home , Intel Atom , DDR2-533

MSI X-Slim X340
18 May 2009 2:36 PM
Ultimately MSI's X-Slim X340 is a disappointment. It is reasonably attractive, but it's not worth the price due to the horrible keyboard and budget touchpad.
Specs: 250 GB, 2GB , Intel Celeron M , 1.2 GHz, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 , 13.4 inch

MSI PX600 Prestige Collection Notebook
13 Mar 2009 2:48 PM
Don't be fooled by the "Prestige" label on this otherwise unremarkable laptop.
Specs: 320 GB, 4GB , Intel Core 2 Duo , GeForce 9300M GS , 15.4 inch

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid
06 Mar 2009 5:24 PM
The Wind is still one of the better 10-inch laptops in the mix, although due to its substandard trackpad and high price, we'd suggest the HP Mini 2140 or Asus Eee PC 1000HE would be a better choice.
Specs: 10 GB, 1GB , Intel Atom , 1.6 GHz, 10.1 inch

MSI GX720
09 Feb 2009 3:44 PM
The GX720 does fine for a gaming laptop. While it doesn't pull the massive punch of its Dell XPS or Alienware competitors thanks to its lower spec graphics card, it comes in a lot cheaper and should cover most gaming needs.
Specs: 320 GB, 4GB , Intel Core 2 Duo , 2.4 GHz, GeForce 9600M GT , 17.1 inch

MSI EX300
06 Feb 2009 2:20 PM
We like the MSI EX300. If you're on a budget, it doesn't cut too many corners. It does seem a little heavy for a laptop of this size, but should otherwise fulfil most of your needs.
Specs: 250 GB, 2GB , Intel Core 2 Duo , 2.26 GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450 , 13.3 inch

MSI EX720
30 Jan 2009 2:13 PM
MSI's EX720 isn't a bad laptop, but it certainly strikes as one with too many shortcuts taken. Still at AU$1,649 it's affordable, and if you're budget and technically minded you'll likely get some decent mileage out of this laptop.
Specs: 320 GB, 4GB , Intel Core 2 Duo , 2.26 GHz, GeForce 9300M GS , 17.1 inch
