I still remember when I was a kid, the chills I got when I watched the opening cinematic for MechWarrior 2 (still a very good cinematic), but the new announcement trailer for the upcoming Dead Island zombie shooter is my new favourite.

Its swelling symphonic soundtrack, mixture of bright colours and brutal violence (which may be too much for some readers) and its ingenious reverse motion storytelling achieve the kind of heart-wrenching emotion in three minutes that George Romero has been struggling to find in his zombie films over the last few decades.
