- Good: good performance
purchasad one through work. Upgraded to Vista Businness and have been experiencing th blue screen of death when running only on battery power. That is the only issue I have experienced with this laptop

- Good: - $1500 for an almost-maxed configuration (2gb ram, 60gb 7200 rpm disk, bluetooth, wifi, 256Mb Nvidia Quadro graphics, extra-large primary battery, secondary battery)
- Dual core processor is the first noticeably faster experience I've had with a new laptop. Combined with 2gb ram, I can do many cpu-intensive activities simultaneously, whereas I used to get a coffee while waiting (e.g. rendering graphics, compiling code)
- 6-8hr battery life... I don't worry about plugging in during the day. I just turn off the wifi and dim the screen to get the 7-8hr max battery.
- Solid casing feels very robust.
- Really decent graphics, processor, and memory capacity for gaming in my configuration. - Bad: - Single speaker is weak (i use high quality earphones though, so I don't really notice)
- My company's keyboard was nicely "clicky", but the laptop I purchased later for personal use had a more "sticky" kind of keyboard.
excellent speed, graphics, battery life, and value
Company got me the D620 maxed out under budget, and I liked it so much I bought one with identical configuration for myself. Other colleagues at work have subsequently also requested the D620 or D820. Most reactions have been "Sweeeeet!".
