Adobe has done some very nice things with Lightroom's printing layout interface, though the colour management leaves something to be desired -- you can choose from the existing printer profiles on your system, but there's no screen-match preview like in Photoshop. In fact, Adobe makes it quite frustrating for printing: Lightroom has the great layout and captioning tools, which Photoshop lacks, but Photoshop has all the colour management and WYSIWYG preview capabilities that Lightroom doesn't.
