Last of the Patriots is a new style of game, using a development process based on a movie script, rather than a traditional game design document, the team has used this approach to bring a cinematic feel and theme to the game. The game is a prototype for future games, which revolve around plot, character, and less on action, with an emphasis on deeper underlying meaning. The main premise of the game is to show war in a realistic way never before seen in games.

Version 1.4.1 has a much smaller file size with optimized code.
