Philips DVDR3360H: Compare prices

By Alex Kidman on 26/04/2006

More Philips reviews , RRP: AU$799.00

The good:

  • Up to 200 hours recording time
  • Very simple to backup to disc
  • Automatically buffers video content

The bad:

  • Glitchy playback performance
  • Some lockups
  • Limited title entry
  • Lacks dual layer support

The bottomline:

The DVDR3360H has a lot of promise on paper, but less than acceptable playback performance and some truly baffling limitations in its menu and titling structures detract from the overall package.
