Epson's Stylus CX8300 multifunction inkjet printer offers standalone printing, borderless prints and a 2.5 inch tilting LCD display.

cable supplied - Bad: a little noisy
I was printing a copy of a document right after unpacking from box. No need to send through PC.

Screen and controls on printer is easy to use
Cartridges cost around AU$15
Comes with USB cables - Bad: Lots of flaps to open
All cartridges have black striped zebra (as opposed to the yellow ones having yellow zebra, etc.)
The Status Monitor under Vista refuses to remember if you want the ink levels open.
