Alfa Romeo Pandion
Styled by Bertone and built atop Alfa's modern 8C Competizione chassis, the Pandion was commissioned by Alfa to commemorate its 100th anniversary.
The Pandion sports 4m long doors that scissor up on the rear wheels' axis. It was displayed at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours in a special class celebrating Alfa's centenary.

It's seen here at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering, where it was in this year's Super Cars class along with a 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK AMG Black Series (the white car in the background), 2006 Bugatti Veyron and 1994 McLaren F1 (the blue car behind the Mantide).

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
Pebble Beach also hosted a new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, which recently claimed the title of world's fastest production car.
Larger turbos and other modifications push the Super Sport's output to 882kW (1200hp), some 146 more than available on the standard Veyron, and good enough to propel it to 431km/h. The planned run of 30 production versions will be limited to a mere 415km/h though.
