The good:

  • Adds new pikmin and an apprentice named Louie
  • Improved visuals
  • Deeper playability
  • Multiplayer modes

The bad:

  • Added personality od Pikmin makes their death cries more disturbing
  • Odd camera angles at times

The bottomline:

With Pikmin 2, Nintendo has addressed the bulk of the shortcomings of its predecessor by crafting a game that tops the original in nearly every way.
