if the VGA connector part plugs into the computer then you plug the yellow and red into a DVD player or ps2 orany ganme console and you can use it liek a tv.

Pros: It lets you use a computer screen as a TV. (For people who have A pc in their room and want to play ps2 on the screen!)

Cons: Too bloody expensive
