Google Apps for Your Domain lets you brand online services with your own URL, but it doesn't eat the costs of domain registration as Microsoft Office Live does.

  • Good: Spreadsheets is really mature and quite capable for most daily business use.
  • Bad: There are some formatting and size limitation issues that prevent Apps from being a complete office productivity suite replacement.

  Google Apps is an excellent collection of tools for businesses and individuals to move some information worker tasks online and, in some cases, to collaborate in entirely new ways.
  
  While the introduction of Google Video to the Apps suite gives some good video-sharing capabilities, TimZon.com is a complete video discussion solution for GMail and Google Apps users aimed at helping businesses collaborate across time zones.

  • Good: Google Apps is a great free service provided by Google that just seems to get better every day.
  • Bad: Set up can be complicated but helpful information can be easily found on Google.
