Just because Apple charges for iPhone ringtones doesn't mean we should have to pay for them. Follow our step-by-step guide to creating your own ringtones using your favourite MP3 files.

whenever i select change to AAC version it comes up with a version that is 0 seconds long, does that have to do with living in Australia

ok sorted the common prob
READ THIS!!
go to control panel, files and uncheck "hide common extension..." which is why it wouldnt come up with the extensions when we were renaming files
then follow the process, just did 3

having same prob, can get all the way thru up til renaming file and there is no option/way to change extension to r instead of a. any ideas??
