- Good: just like any other PDA phone... stable as compared to O2.
- Bad: Worst ever customer service, known mechanical problems that the service centre is unable to resolve...
TO SUMMARIZE... NOT WORTH BUYING... DON'T EVER GET INTO THIS TRAP...
The product is known to have some defects since past few months but the company is not bothered to resolve them. In fact most of the IPAQ owners who call the support centre do not get a favorable response.... the customer support is the "WORST", I have experienced so far in my life.

- Good: - Reliable
- Features... healps!
- can get it cheap - Bad: - accessories are expensive
- battery life isn't terrific (at least they give you a spare)
- took me far too long to work out how to add my own ring tones :D
Had the phone since June 07. It's been great, no problems, does what I want, nice and small for what I want, very reliable.
- Good: - Reliable

- Good: Easy sync with active-sync yet to encountered syncing problem unlike O2 where I got a syncing problem with usb after some mths of usage
- Bad: I had the same problem as user eeyoreboi who said "i also have the problem where no one can hear me and I cant hear them:-(". This problem occured whether I called land-line, nokia phones or other O2 phones. Other people with rw6828 reported same problem as what I encountered. Also rw6828 tends to reset by itself when I put into my pocket.
Problem seems to happened after 2 mths
