- Good: If it worked loads of functionality
- Bad: 0 for Robustness
Low Music Speaker volume (inspite of impressive speaker covers)
HP service useless (twice returned phone which did not fully function)
Low intensity screen which was impossible to view in sunlight
Memory Leak - Continuosly had to reset because memory was not released even after closing programs in task manager.
Feed up....
First the touch screen stopped working. In addition sometimes would get stuck in headset mode....Sent back to fix
Got back...battery would not charge unless device was fully switched off (requiring battery removed and the replaced without pressing power button) The USB stopped working altogether...so no more sync. Sent back for repair. MB was replaced.... now crashes all the time...crash seems to completely drain battery. Been the worst purchase I have ever made!!!! I was planning to travel with this phone but because it is only available in Asia had to send back each time there was a problem.
- Good: If it worked loads of functionality

- Good: Incorporates wi-fi, camera phone, bluetooth, and PDA all in one.
- Bad: Very rectagular - looks like a small metallic brick. Screen protector gets in the way at times. Using touchscreen to dial feels clumsy; using stylus to write emails or SMSes even clumsier due to small screen and tiny on-screen keyboard. Supports Mini-SD memory only. Rather blurry shots from 2MP camera.
Packs a lot into one small unit, with varying success.

- Good: PDA/Phone combined, very nice and compact, screen-protector flip is great as you can see through it easily, with a few small hacks and the software update the buttons are very user-friendly (software-update prevents any-button from waking up the device... only power button which prevents the endless number of pocket-calls i was making!)
- Bad: The call-quality of this phone is very poor... i was just accepting it as "mobile" quality, but then i switched back to my old Nokia 3315 for a week and was blown away by just how clear the calls were. I constantly get told that I am breaking up and difficult to hear, but when I pop the SIM into my old Nokia it is as clear as a bell. I have complained to HP, who replaced the mainboard, but the problem has not gone away. It is not *tooo* bad when using the phone normally, but when using the loudspeaker feature (i.e. in the car) it is almost useless.
I love my 6828 but have quite a lot of problems with poor call quality. Other than that, no real complaints!

- Good: has almost everything u need to stay connected in many ways.
- Bad: yes, those doing heavy data entry, would feel tired.
the observation on the picture quality one is able to obtain from the camera especially in indoor environment is spot on. I initially thought i had a faulty unit. but after several more shots in outdoor environs, reveals the shortcoming.

- Good: Less weight
Lots of features
- Bad: No 3G
Low music volume
I have been using HP rw6828 for nearly a year. I also did the ROM update. Before the ROM update it was giving few problems but after updation it works fine.
- Good: Less weight

- Good: Everything works well.
- Bad: I can't find any yet.
Been using HP iPAC rw6828 for 3 weeks. Eventhough I'm a new user, I found that this device is user friendly. As long as I can save my data, it is enough for me.

- Good: Usefull device
All in one convenience - Bad: Always resetting it
Headset is inferior
camera is hopeless
had it for a month and now i am sending it off to be repaired because the phone thinks the headset is still in and wont function without it
Bought it and was happy with it for a while. Worked well and kept appointments. Terrible impulse buy though. And not really up to par with what you get for your money.
- Good: Usefull device

- Good: Looks cool. Screen protector is a good idea.
- Bad: Doesn't work. Rom update fixed a couple of issues but there are still too many to bore you with.
Completely unreliable piece of junk! Shy, thanks for the 'wear and tear' tip, my infared screen fell out too. HP support is a joke, the only advice they give is soft then hard reset - come on!!
I think I will give it to my 1 year old to trash for me.
