HP's new line of entertainment notebooks not only delivers in features, but also goes the extra mile in redesigning the chassis to appeal to those with unconventional tastes.

Good capacity for the price - Bad: Touchpad could be better
Nice Machine
I bought this to replace an IBM Thinkpad that was stolen. For the price it had good features. The display is bright and sharp and I like the wide screen.

Sophisticated!Very Good Laptop
I have this laptop and i use it to do my work in college and for entertainment. I'm 17 years old and this is my first laptop and indeed i am proud to have a decent one. Not much problem with it but it keeps you relax while using. But the the battery life is at poor rating. Battery should be atleast 5 hours maximum of usage.

- Good: I got the 2GB RAM with 120GB HD with the duo core processor & nVidia Graphics. I find the battery great and the dual layered with lightscribe very handy.
- Bad: No CD's provided with Laptop, and mouse pad a bit too sensitive, ave to use an external mouse to manage properly
Portable yet functional
For €1400 I think this is a great notebook, even with the above cons I'd have no problem recomending it to a friend. But if possible, a Resource CD would complete the picture

- Good: Good specifications: eg 100gb Hard drive, Ge-force graphics card, remote control, super sleek design.
- Bad: The only comment I would make is that no XP Windows discs are supplied with the notebook and you are prompted to burn/copy your own from the recovery drive
A totally elegant notebook
Fantastic notebook and only slightly spoilt by the lack of a supplied copy of XP pro. To make your own copy seems ridiculous and cheap of H.P. and it will take 4 single layer dvd's to do this.
I have kept a close eye on new notebooks over the years and not until this release have I been prompted to purchase one.
A couple of reviews have commented on all the crap software on the system but this is hardly a problem and it does give you some idea of what the graphics card can do. -

- Good: * Great looks,
* Good processor, graphics
* Small and light enough to carry easily
* Good battery - Bad: * Terrible software setup by HP
* No CDs are supplied with the laptop, and you need to create your own. This is quite poor for a $2000 laptop.
Great Laptop with Irritating Software
The hardware in this laptop is great, and it is very nice to look at. Unfortunately the way HP set up the laptop is extremely frustrating. It comes with a HUGE amount of useless, and resource hungry software that most people would never use. The performance is severely compromised by all of the junk from HP. A fresh install of Windows XP would solve this problem, but HP doesn’t allow the option of installing only Windows. Nor will it let me install Windows from another Windows XP CD that is not from HP.
- Good: * Great looks,
