The i-mate Ultimate 9502 is one of the best smartphones we have come across -- and if you're happy with Telstra -- the i-mate 9502 makes an excellent alternative to a Blackberry or iPhone.

    peice of crap. i went back to telstra and got my money back, now im happy with my new iphone :) if they dont give your money back tell them that you will sue them. thats how i got my money back haha.

    THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE PHONES EVER CREATED! We are in the process of returning our - this phone will drive you INSANE! STAY AWAY FROM IT - even if someone paid me to use this phone i would shove this phone down his throat.

    I am sure that Alex Serpo the person that evaluated this phone did not use it at all.

    I have met 6 people that have owned a 9502, they have all hated it.

    To Matt S... well done I am looking to do the same

    for a final summary

    This phone is so bad it is amazing that Imate can sell it

    Good News !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I WON TELSTRA REPLACED MY USELESS 9502
    I could not unlock the ROM to upgrade it and finally the tech crew at Telstra admitted that it was the worst telephone they have sold

    I have a I-Phone and love it

    this phone was given to me for free thank god. if i payed 1200 for this piece of junk i would have been in a whole lot of rage.

    If only I'd read these comments before I made the same mistake.
    Having this useless thing is bad enough but my first(and last) experience with telstra is probably even worse. They won't even let you tell them about it. They don't want to know.
