iPhone case with bottle opener

About The Author

CNET Editor

Former editor of CNET Australia, Pam loves being in the thick of the ever-growing love affair (well addiction, really) that Australians have with their phones, digital cameras, flat screen TVs, and all things tech.

Yes, you can get iPhone apps that will do a mind boggling range of things, but if you really want to add to its functionality, you might want to get this case, which will then enable you to use your phone to open beer.

The iBottleopener is a hard-shell case with two parts that are designed to slide over your iPhone and lock together, leaving access to the phone's touchscreen face on one side and the bottle opener on the back.

You can order the iBottleopener online for US$19.95. It's currently available for the iPhone 3G and 3GS, but one to fit an iPhone 4 is "coming soon". International orders must add US$9.95 shipping and handling, but these costs are free on orders of two or more.
