A suspected photo of the forthcoming Lumix GF5 has been leaked in the most unlikely way — through Instagram.
The interchangeable lens camera (ILC), which would succeed the Lumix GF3, looks very similar to its predecessor, if the above image is to be believed. Found on Instagram, the image was uploaded by Hong Kong celebrity Angelababy, who is incidentally Panasonic's brand ambassador. The image has now been deleted, but you can access the original through the direct link.
According to photography rumour blog 43Rumors, the new camera will sport a 12-megapixel sensor with improved signal-to-noise ratio, fast AF times of 0.09 seconds, a maximum ISO of 12,800 and a 920,000-dot touchscreen LCD (finally!). Also on the way is the new G5 camera, which will use the same image sensor as is on the G3.
