If you're looking for a funky, stylish, and well-specced Bluetooth headset, it's hard to go past the Jaba BT160. The tiny device offers solid sound quality, up to 8 hours of battery life and a unique, customisable design.
The BT160 ships with several sets of decals that enable to you customise its appearance. The packaging includes 33 different designs (yes, thirty-three), and it takes just a few seconds to peel one off and attach another. Though it might not be a concern for a suited exec, being able to mix and match the aesthetics to your wardrobe is undeniably cool.
Not only does it look funky, this Jabra headset is also a pleasure to use -- for relatively short stints. The device weighs in at 16g, and though it's nowhere near as small as the Samsung WEP200, it doesn't feel too bulky in operation. We found the 8-hour battery life to be a little longer than other units and pairing to be a snap. The only minor gripe we had was with the ergonomics: it's just not quite as comfortable as some of its competitors like the Sony Ericsson HBH-IV835 or Samsung WEP200.
The device will work with any Bluetooth-compatible phone, and the freedom to change its appearance helps make the Jabra BT160 an excellent earpiece for those looking to make the occasional phone call.
