Apple took the wraps off its first Australian store today. Here is a sneak peek of what is inside the big glass walls.
Apple invited media for a sneak peek of the company's first retail store on George Street in Sydney, which will open to the public on Thursday 19 June at 5pm.

There can be absolutely no doubt about Apple's first official store in the southern hemisphere coming to Sydney, with a giant banner which was uncovered announcing the store on George Street today.
A lack of information on the part of mobile carriers, third-party resellers and Apple itself has left the Australian public in the dark when it comes to knowing exactly where it can buy the much-anticipated iPhone 3G handset when it launches Friday morning.
The new interactive Telstra "flagship" store will be open from 2 November. Dubbed T.Life, the store is located at 400 George Street, on the corner of George and King on the group floor of the Telstra building.
One week after the Australian launch of Apple's much-anticipated iPhone 3G handset, locals keen to buy the device are still queuing outside the company's only Sydney retail store.
The sleek design and good performance of the HP Pavilion dv5-1050tx makes it a solid contender, but don't plan on removing the power cord any time soon.
It may not be the sexiest notebook in town, but Asus' 14.1-inch laptop is Centrino 2 certified, and sports some excellent multimedia capabilities.
The Dell Studio 1735 is a decent laptop which is best for multimedia and casual gaming, but the glossy, hi-res screen isn't suited to general usage.
The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 is a prime example of the netbook form factor, and the best 8.9-inch one available.

What a freaking joke. Whats so special about this anyway? Can't understand why someone would want to spend 30 hours queuing up to see Apple products when they're readily available online. Its Apple..all hype and no substance anyway and wayy overpriced. Looks like the store is the same.
