For the most part the 5-megapixel, glass-coated Secret transcends its flashy celebrity origins, thanks to some decent specs and a solid overall performance.

    -the battery life is horrible!!!!, mine lasts around 3 days if I leave it alone
    -I also had a major problem with the touch buttons, one day I lost the use of all the touch keys execpt up and down this lead me to only be able to access the messager ,contacts ,vodafone life and music without the use of shortcuts.
    -In all it severs its purpose of a phone but is a sod sometimes due to the battery and please if you are keeping this phone for extended period of time i STRONGLY recommend to purchase a warranty if the phone does not have one and keep renewing it untill you get tierd of it and upgrade{It cost me around $600Nz for the phone and came with a 2gb card}

    like some others i've had my LG for less than 12 months and already it has sooo many problems! i was looking forward to getting this phone for ages but please dont waste the money, the top and bottom buttons are completely frozen so i cant even use half the applications, like others it turns off automatically at the stupidest times and when that doesnt happen it takes 2 or three times before i can actually call somebody because it just hangs up. and when i do eventually get through the reception cuts out through a minute of the convo.internet browser doesnt work either, still havent worked it out. maybe its just me..

    when i first got the phone- i love it; was the best b'day present but couple months later finding it turns iself off regulary, and also it makes all the pics a fluro colour. took the phone back.

    I've had my phone for almost 12 months. The phone looks beautiful but freezes for up to 10 seconds in almost every text message I type. I returned it to LG after one month but they claimed it was processing in the background and to have patience. Sorry I don't have that much patience. Battery life is not good - I need to charge it up each night to ensure it doesn't run out in a day. Slow response time for touch screen becomes increasingly frustrating. turns itself off on occasion, especially in the middle of a conversation. I don't know why I didn't stick with Nokia.

    I have only had my phone for one year, and i have taken it back 3 times. and they still havent gven me a new one! It turns off all the time without you knowing, battery life is pathetic!! mine only last about 8 hours.. and if i take a call it goes from full to empty. and i have changed the battery. It looks good but it is the worst phone i have ever come across. Im taking it up with LG coz i have not been looked after as a customer, and i have been so patient with this phone. If your looking to buy one DONT!

    While it looks good, thats all.It turns its self off ( this almost cost me my job as i was waiting for an important call not knowing my phone was off the whole time!)then when i turned it on back on it "puk" out too due to confusing pin options for some reason, not happy! The reception is 50/50 as is the battery.

    Can some of you reviewers please put how long you have had this phone on the review please. Some say it sucks others say it is the best but how long have you had it. If you say it is the best and you have had it for a day then you may want to state that. Same if you have had it for 12 months and it is now bad plse state that. Thanx that would help me big time!!

    this phone is biggest waste of money. as usual place i bought it from they tlkd it up. ive taken it twice to be fixed.the reception is rubbish. comes n goes in most stupid place. ill pick it up then reception completely goes. so dont be fooled by its looks....please
