CES hasn't officially started yet, but that's not going to hold back Nvidia.

The chip maker will provide the first major press conference of the CES silly season, kicking off at 8pm PST, 5 January at the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino in Las Vegas. Over here in Australia, that's 3pm AEDT today!

CNET's Eric Franklin, James Martin and Shara Tibkin will bring you all the live news, photos and commentary, which you can see below.

We're expecting to hear a bit more about the next generation of Tegra chips — codenamed Logan — along with some nods to the Nvidia core fan base: gamers!
