Make a Windows 7 system repair disc

It may be the operating system equivalent of a prenuptial agreement, but before anything has a chance to go bad, you really should make an emergency disc for Windows 7.
It's also a pretty simple process. This video shows you how.

wtf??? The caption says make a windows 7 repair disc but instead it's a video about recording audio
