Marantz SR7001

By Ty Pendlebury on 09 February 2007

The Marantz SR7001 is a slightly stodgy entrant into a very crowded marketplace, and its lack of features and high price could cause many to pass it over, and for music lovers this would be a shame.

    • Good: Solid, powerfull amp with versatility for movies and music.
    • Bad: Most commonly used buttons on remote are small and dificult to see.

Very impressed. Auto set up was easy and alowed for fine tuning later. Movie soundtracks are clean and I hear things I never heard with my other amp.

When turned on next times, the onscreen display "clear memory".all set up cleared.I called Marantz service center repair. After they repaired and said is OK.When I used Auto Setup again, now still have this situation appeared.
