Love the marketing so sure, I'll buy one IF the picture quality is on par with the Koreans or Japanese...
Considering they're supposed to be using wind power, does that even constitute 7% of our grid, do they expect that the provider is going to build more wind farms assuming demand is there or for what purpose are they used currently if not, would that mean more fossile fuels and less wind power used for other purposes? Using it overnight might have something to do with it, suppose they looked at all the numbers.
The motor may be 90% efficient, but the battery takes in a couple of times the power it actually stores while charging.
They just used the per person average of Mildura area and applied it to the whole of Australia assuming the population of 20 million (not everyone in Mildura received a set top box).
