Awesome looking car. I'm looking forward to the day I can buy my first car that is not only 100% electric but also looks s#!t hot.
...PS. you also mention how lengthy recharge time is another major drawback of electric vehicles, yet with a little bit of research you have found a recently published article revealing that the recharge time for batteries of the future is set to be drastically reduced following advancement in the field of battery engineering. Since you probably wont be able to find it yourself, here's the article: http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/2009/battery-material-0311.html Writers like you just annoy me.
this article is an absolute joke! It cites limited range of electric cars as a major drawback then refers to the litium-ion powered Chevy Volt with it's measily 60km range as an example, and then goes further to say that the Mini-E, comprised largely of all battery and very little car, performs somewhat better with a range of 240kms. ....Yet read to the end of the article and the author mentions the Tesla Roadstar. Clearly aware the existence of this vehicle, the Tesla Roadstar is a 100% electric car powered by litium ion batteries with a range of 393kms!!! yet the author has seen fit to dwell on the Chevy and Mini-E as his prime examples. Way to paint a distorted picture Alex Serpo, who the heck taught you how to write!?
