Would be great if it worked, plus without Windows OS?!?
- Bad: Since many months I have received my Vista home notebook and ran MCE for the first time. I had a very frustrating experience up till last week - NOT having a sight of my cursor when MC was in full screen format. I had to guess by the highlight of buttons on the screen to actually be able to select functions like Minimize... I still not have managed to KILL the program with ALT F4 as all other mainstream packages can obey this way of exit. Further, the pop up menu has no listing of moving MC window nor to Close...
I have finally managed to work out the use of Windows button to see the cursor for a second or two but still not possible to work in two screen mode - when MC is in the full screen on the TV monitor I can not see the cursor on my main/PC screen.

Had to change my AV system in order to get this working!!
- Good: its quiet easy to use
- Bad: It doesnt work with McAfee or Symantec AV/system protection software.. it works fine with free AVG.. suspect issue is with the saving of recorded files to disc.. its also cumbersome and not totally stable but the simple fact it it is as yet the best tool for the job.. so even though its far from perfect and really MS you could be nicer to your supposed partners to avoid system crashes.. I give it a 6

A very good version of windows, everything a computer should have and more, and having the operating system on my laptop, it runs like a dream and attends to my needs.
- Good: picture, sound, stability, basically everything
- Bad: nothing
