My buddy recently felt ill with cancer, lost his job & couldn't pay his account with the network. They blocked the Nokia N70 handset & he gave it to me. Subsequently he passed on & the life insurance covered the contract but the network refuses to unblock. Maybe I could swop it for someone's outside RSA who's in similar situation...not a stolen handset. Or get it unblocked in some way. Stopping the change of IMEI nrs is only good to the point where it's not relevant

On the 27th of October this year, I purchased Nokia N95. It got stolen from my office.Would the GPS in that mobile help in anyway to trace its location? The concerned company is investigating this matter to trace it.When Nokia manufactures such expensive mobiles, there should be a preloaded anti - theft software.
