Are bluetooth headsets such as the H300 only for large earred men? I can't get this thing to stay on my ear without tilting my head to the side. It is basically useless. I wish someone would come up with a over-the-head piece to add to ear hook headsets that are too heavy to stay on/fit properly. I am out $39.99 and Motorola has offered me a replacement--which doesn't address the issue at all since this is a design flaw.

Bought 2 of them at XSCARGO for $18 CDN each on their BOXING Day sale.

Pros: Excellent talk time. I need this as I paired it with a JABRO BT Adapter for my scanner, so it needs at least 9 hours of continuous talk time. Easy to change rechargable drop in NiMH AAAs.

Cons: The volume was low since the spkr was not in line with my ear canal. Tried reshaping the plastic ear hook to no avail. Ended up making my own hook out of insulated #12 AWG wire and boy now it's loud, and I can shake my head quite vigorously without it falling off.

BOUHT IF FROM WALMART FOR $14.99 DURING BLACK FRIDAY SALE. FOR THE PRICE AND CONVENIENCE, I CAN'T COMPLAIN.

Pros: IT PAIRED WITH MY NOKIA PHONE EASILY. CONVENIENT TO USE, NO WAITING FOR IT TO CHARGE.

Cons: CAN'T GET THE BUTTON TO ANSWER INCOMING CALLS OR END CALLS. I CAN USE IT FOR VOICE ACTIVATED DIALING, REDIALING, IT WILL EVEN CONNECT A 3 WAY CALL, BUT I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO ANSWER OR END MY CALLS. ALSO, WHEN OUTSIDE, THERE IS A LOT OF STATIC, EVENTHOUGH MY PHONE IS ON MY HIP.

H300 Bluetooth Handfree Headset

The H300 Bluetooth Handfree Headset is ideal for someone who travels a lot and don't want to be bothered with carrying around a battery charger. This is one of the main reasons that I selected the H300 rather than the headsets with the charger. Using the AAA battery is convenient and it lasts more than 30 hours of talk time. So far, I'm definitely pleased with the headset.

Pros: The component doesn't need to be charged with an electrical battery charger. The AAA battery makes life a whole lot easier. The headset is easy to use. I purchased the item last night (Oct 10) and opened it today and paired it to my razor cell phone. In addition the quick start guide is self explanatory.

Cons: I had to exert more force to remove the ear piece from the right side to left side wearing position. The quality, sound, and the functionality are fine.

NO MORE CHARGING!!!!!!!

For serious users only!
No more waiting for an earpiece to charge before using it. It's really a drag when you have to discontinue using your headset because the battery needs recharging.

It's simple, easy to use and I can always have alkaline or rechargeable AAA's handy without needing a bulky charger.
I did have complaints of echoes when the volume is up too high(Not much of a problem though.) It also feels good on the ear.

Echo complaints!

I have had my headset for a few days now, I can hear people fine, as well as they can hear me fine. But they complain that when they talk, they hear themselves echo! It seem so happen every time. Now I am using a Bluetooth adaptor because my phone does not support Bluetooth, but I don't believe that is the case. When I put the headset on mute (to where they could not hear me speak) the echo goes away. I feel the problem is that the mic in the headset is picking up their voice coming out of the speaker. It is getting annoying hearing everyone complain on the phone!

Won't shut off

Got this free with a phone purchase thru Best Buy.

Paired with my phone in minutes.
People on the other end of the phone said I sounded good. The fit on my ear is good even wearing glasses.

My only problem is when I turn it off (according to the instructions) I still get a flashing light every 10 minutes.

Light, sleek and cool!

The H300 paired with my BlackBerry 7105t quickly and easily. The device is very light, despite the AAA battery. I was concerned that the battery might add to the weight but it sits very lightly on the ear and after a few minutes I forgot it was even there. The volume is a little low, even at the highest level, (granted my wife says my hearing is horrible). When I asked, callers said my voice sounded great and they could not tell I was using a BT headset. For the price, and long battery life, I am very pleased!

Good quality and comfortable

Bought it last night and paired it in a matter of 1 minute. Works well, sound quality is great. Feel better not having to carry another charger around when traveling.
