Of the three new smartphones announced by HTC, the Touch 3G looks destined to suffer middle child syndrome. Its spec sheet falls short of the mouth-watering Touch HD, and its price won't be as attractive as the low-end Viva.

The Samsung i900 is soon to be released by 3 Australia according to their website. But does anyone know if there are many applications available for the i900 as there is for the Apple iPhone? I can't quite decide whether to get the i900 or iphone. Andrew.
