I have always been a Nokia fan but there is always going to be good and bad to every phone.
Pros: Nice front screen very crisp, can be turned up very loud no more excuses about not hearing your phone. Hvae not gotten the memory or used the MP3 player yet
Cons: Photos look blue in color, takes forever to charge the battery, very thick in size.
Had a big price tag through cricket

I decided to switch from old 6265 to new 6265i due to announced Music Player improvements. I made a mistake.
Pros: I like friendly interaction with nokia phones. I think camera and phone capabilities are OK, but Music Player is a step back.
Cons: Music Player on 6265i is not as good as in previous version. It isn't able to recognize all tracks and software is a mess. Dealing with music files is a pain .I'd rather keep the older 6265. Is NOKIA going to solve this mishap to keep customers satisfied?

Font size of incoming and outgoing calls is too small. In fact it is unreadable comfortably and you have to strain your eyes to read it. Because of this problem I have no option except to return it to the dealer. I am surprised when such a large screen is available to show a large font, it displays probably the smallest font size in any mobile I have ever seen. In my opinion this problem must be taken care on top priority and all consumers must be given opportunity to increase the font size. Could you please do it on top priority?
Thanks,

Overall I'm happy with the phone, but have discovered one very poor feature. The camera.
Pros: Love the bluetooth connectivity, the contact management features, voice dialing, profiles (like silent mode).
Cons: My only con is the camera (and video). The camera has a blue halo around whatever image is being taken. Have heard from others that they have it too. Seems to be a manufacturing problem. Very unhappy about it.

One of the best CDMA phones out there. It is by far the best phone Cricket Wireless has ever offered. I work as a Cricket dealer (www.mycricketphone.blogspot.com) and in the 2+ years I've worked for the company I've never seen us sell a better phone!
Pros: Amazingly clear LCD screen. Decent built in memory. Up to 19 minutes of video recording if you dedicate all the memory to that.
Cons: Thicker than I would like - especially with all the thin phones out.

Pros: This is the best CDMA phone ever seen,
When i compared it with Sony erricson 800i, i felt 6265 looks more sexy with its wide screen.
It will make u feel great personality...

Bad camera - slow processing
Pros: Not much worth discussing.
Cons: By no means has the camera in the phone given a 2MP results. When you transfer the image to laptop and check the property of picture it shows you '1 dpi'. The sensor is faulty, when you click the photograph indoor you will get lots of unwanted pixels (noise) of red and blue color on your photograph.
I do not understand why the companies incorporate feature which can not deliver the desired results.
I have taken my phone to Nokia Care (Service Center) and they had un-officially confirmed that this is a manufacturing fault and they have received few more handset of the same model for the same problem.
Saving the captured image on miniSD card takes ages.
