Who cares? I was over the iPhone long ago and couldnt care less when it comes out anymore. They have been teasing us with it for so long they deserve for it to go bust in aus.

I don't want to be one of those people that bash the product before i can actually own and use them but in Australia we have LG Viewty and LG Prada as eqv to iPhone. So when it is released in Australia it will be just 'another' fancy touch phone own by just another suave business person (hopefully totting in their next day appointments) waiting for their train to pull up at Sydney's Central Station. I like my phone to look like a phone (think W810i) not like a make pretend squash brick.

4get the iPhone, the LG Viewty is an iPhone killer. Y can't Apple realise that the iPhone will sell more if they stop cutting deals with phone carriers and locking them in?

      Motorola MOTO U9

Motorola's MOTO U9 would look the part sliding out of a tote bag in an inner city bar, but out of place on the boardroom table. The sleek, smooth finish houses a basic mobile with only a few common phone features.

The cheap and cheerful KF510 is a good-looking phone, but its interactive disco buttons don't make for a pleasant texting experience.

Samsung's official phone of the Olympic games may not look especially sporty, but HSDPA, lag-free performance, and its great 5-megapixel camera help get the U900 out of the blocks and over the line.

Playing on the brunette-stereotype, the Nokia 6220 Classic is a 3G smartphone that transcends its demure looks with pragmatic appeal, a stand-out 5MP camera and assisted-GPS.

Are two screens better than one? The KF600's morphing touch-navigation pad is a cool concept and adds a little high-end class to an otherwise low-spec handset.
