    • Good: Fast and FREE* internet, FREE* txt, keeps me entertained
    • Bad: No alarm clock, and that's about it!

    I have had this phone for only 3 days, but I must admit, it's the best phone ever!!! I love how it slides up, how it has fast internet and MSN, all FREE!! Best plan ever, saving me a lot of money ♥

    The bad thing is, that it CAN break easily or stuff up but that is only if you are rough with it. But I suggest getting this phone ONLY if you need it for internet porposes.

    I only had this phone for 3 days, and yes, it is easy to break, but that is only if you are rough with it (dropping it, drowning it bla bla) but yeah it's really good and internet is fast and everything i really like this phone i love this phone.

    I have been thinking of getting this phone for a while now, But more than half the reviews on here are negative.

    Heaps of my friends have this phone, They say it's great, No problems at all.

    But i'm a bit hesitant on getting it.

    one thing to all the idiots on here. unlimited data "plan". fullsotp. the end. period. is a plan prepiad? no. its not. So stop asking if u get free net when your on prepaid, the phone is pointless prepiad because the only posotive of it is the $30 data "PLAN"

    heeey, just wondering if it is worth buying this phone, i think its ugly as,and i dont like the menu it has, but its unlimited text & web etc, thats the only reason i want it lol. I text people 24/7 & always on msn, but i use my current phone to organise myself, so i kinda do need a calander and alarm clock, also this phone is getting kinda old, so would it be worth having for another 2years? please help me (:

    i have had my hiptop since january 2007 and its been great, it had a stage of resetting itself, build quality supprised me i have dropped i countless time it has millions of scratches and scuffs and still works,

    it has the worst battery known to man. i have to charge mine atleast once a day but its a mini usb so the cables/chargers are easy to get.

    telstra are a bit rude when you ring them and are very hessitant about paying bills i think they have a 2 bill cycle which is if you don't pay on they send it with the next bill and you can pay both if you still don't pay the outstanding bill they send you a warning then if you are still to lazy they disconnect you and its a $40 reconnection fee

    verdict great value but as NeilW said there are better contracts with better phones.

    • Bad: after i saw it on the website i looked it up on google and now im not going to get the phone because of all the bad reviews on here i think i might just get the LG COOKIE cos that is way better

    • Bad: **** camera ( who cares, its a phone not a camera,most people already have a camera anyways) that people are bagging it!

    I absolutely love my hiptop i have had it for a year now and it hasnt stuffed up! I have a blue one if it matters. I am obsessed with it and go on msn and myspace everyday! To all of those people that have been complaining of it stuffing up, you have probably been mistreating it. And for those who have been complaining about the calls you can get Free 3 minute calls to any Telstra number, 24/7, just call 12488, followed by the Telstra number. And For those who have been asking how to turn on the bluetooth. Go to the main menu then press the top right button then look for bluetooth.Finally you dont have to pay the extra $5 for myspace just go onto m.myspace.com
    I LOVEEE MY HIPTOPP!!
