Provided you're willing to compromise a bit of pocket space, the Nokia 6280 has a range of multimedia applications and a dazzling big, bright screen. We'd like to have seen better camera performance, but as far as capturing video goes, it's hard to beat this phone at the moment in terms of quality.

    THIS PHONE IS RUBBISH, it has like no memory like omgawsh i tried to upload a pic of sum of me freinds and like it was like bad quality u know wat i mean?

    Absolelute basic nokia phones ONLY!!!!!
    My contract is up and I'm switching to Sony Ericcson W880i instead of Nokia N95

    • Good: Promises great features. Only a few weeks of the 2yrs I have had it for has worked
    • Bad: Faulty from Day 1. Four software upgreades, constant freezing, turns itself off, poor speaker, 6 hrs max. battery life. Nokia wouldn't even replace the phone for another of lesser value after four software upgrades. SHAME NOKIA, SHAME

    Yeah, this phone was the best phone i ever had. Until it was about 5 months old... Then the camera froze and would'nt respond.. would take literally 5 minutes to take a photo, then soon after the camera didnt work at all! just said 'Camera On Standby', you could press continue, but nothing happens. A few months later I was just about to watch one of my old videos when my phone locked up, froze, and reset itself. (This used to happen randomly as well from the day I bought it) Now I can not watch any videos as it resets itself each time i try to watch one. Had the phone for almost a year now, the battery lasts aprox 6 hours from full battery. (I even tried charging it for 2 days straight and it still died after sprox 6 hours.) Also, when it is turned on, sits on a white screen for about 30 seconds before loading the actual phone. Also the phone is very slow at loading the memory card.

    Everything else is fine with it.. Well there isnt much left to mention haha.

    • Good: As i said, great phone, good camera/features. Until the cons started happening =P
    • Bad: Camera broke.
      6 Hour or less battery life.
      Slow at start-up.
      Random shutdowns.
      Unable to watch videos (anymore)

    hey... I have just got this new nokia slide n280 last night and sadly the screen has already bugged up. So just wondering if you have any tips of what I should do I no nothing of phones so can you please put in your apinion thanks Jayden.

    • Bad: despite the broken screen I have received a broken screen only a day after I got this phone Im taking 3 votes off, but 7 marks for eveything else cause it works out of 10

    Th ehoneymoon lasted about a year, all was well and then wham!!!! Phone went freaky on me, got it "fixed" and 1 month later its totally stuffed...

    • Good: Nice screen, good to watch videos and tv
    • Bad: fat, does not have vibrate then ring option, failed to last the distance like the old school nokias.

    the crappiest phone EVER !
    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
    it is a waste of money and a huge hassle.
    it switches itself off, the screen scrambles, the colours scramble, everything turns upside down and breaks apart and now i cant even see whats on my screen anymore!
    its still under warranty but screw that im chucking it out.
    Big mistake nokia! not impressed!

    This is the wost phone that i have ever had in my whole life, it has broke on me 5 times now as well as breaking the charger twice (of which i had to buy a new one both times because the 3 network is CRAP!) do not ever get this phone, it freezes all the time, has crap battery life and unbelievably slow in loading ANYTHING!

    • Good: NOTHING
    • Bad: chunky piece of crap
      doesnt work
      falls apart
      is ****
      comes with the **** network
