Nokia 6300

The Nokia 6300 is a style-orientated phone that does what it says on the tin, as well as providing a very tactile experience.

I have always had Nokia phones and would not have any other. The 6300 is probably the best so far.

    • Good: Light weight, compact and easy to use
    • Bad: Nothing

Crappiest phone i've ever had. Music player fails, screen fails, the whole hpeon fails. Don't know why it was even released into mainstream production. I regret paying for this phone. It's slow and laggy, menus are hard to navigate. Back falls off easily. I dropped it once and the bag and the screen cracked. Buy a better phone!

    • Good: None
    • Bad: Everything

DO NOT BUY A NOKIA PHONE I bought a Nokia 6300 December 2007. I had a problem with it in April 2008 so I took it back. they fixed it, at least that’s what I thought I then had the same problem August, so I sent it back I then got it back 3 weeks later and turned the phone on and it STILL had the same problem. At this point I was furious with Nokia and I sent back the phone, they returned and said it needed charging. I then turned the phone on and it still had the same problem. They then replaced my phone with a refurbished phone. I thought this was a good thing until I turned the phone on! It wouldn’t read any sim card!! I then took it back again asking for a new phone, they said that that is not there policy, so they fixed this phone. All they did was clean it and when I got it back it was STILL broken. After arguing with the head of Nokia for 5 weeks, they replaced the phone!!!!!!!!

    • Good: Good looking
    • Bad: thats all it is good for

It worked well for a while but after six months it began to play up. It begins to get very frustrating.

    • Good: Small.
      Stylish.
      Easy to use.
      Reasonable memory.
    • Bad: Always turns itself off.
      Freezes constantly.
Will not turn back on for a day after it has been turned off.
Phone may be out of action for days when it is turned off.
      Short battery life.
      Smudges easily.
When phone memory is full it will take hours to recieve any more messages.
