  this phone is crap...ive had it for a little over a year it cant mass delete messages and continues to freeze every second minute. i hate hate hate it. got it repaired and still doesnt work.............definately dont recommend this heap of nokia ****

  • Good: EVERYTHING

  i have had this phone for 18 months now and i still love it!
  i had one small problem with the screen not working (but that was my fault) and it got fixed under warrenty no probs!
  i no 2other people that have it and they both love it!
  one even fell in the toilet (i dont no how she did that) but it still works!!!!

  After reading so many bad reviews from this website and other websites, I truly believe that this phone sounds like crap! What a load of rubbish Nokia is trying to sell! No wonder Optus are now selling them cheaper!!!!

  Excellent for a first phone. Everything on it is really good exept the camera but not many phones these days only have one let down. WHAT MORE CAN YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Bad: keypad falls out, top falls off, battery loose, won't charge propley

  it is a hit good fone it freezes and doesn't charge propley it is slipprey and s easy 2 drop it has a loose battery and u can't hear ppl wen they talk 2 u

  Ok so I bought this phone over 12months ago now. At first a had MAJOR problems, everything everyone else has written, but I sent it away when it was still in warranty and it was still stuffing up. I think they got sick of me coming in an had a word to Nokia, so they fully replaced the whole of the software and it's is now the best phone I have ever had. Other people I know have this phone too and they haven't have any problems. So I guess It's just the luck of the draw!
  
  Bottom line, if you get one from a good batch, you'll be nothing but pleased.

  to remove the battery you got to take the back of the phone off then tap the front of phone (where the keypads/screen is) then it will just fall out
