A good buy. I will recommend it to my friends. I wish the Vibration key was at an easy display on the keypad. Also it would be good if there were an option of deleting all the meassages together. The voice and speaker quality is very good.

Heat,Heat,Heat. The first phone went back to Nokia and eventually was replaced. The second phone did the same thing and cooked itself, i gave up and payed Telstra $ 800 to cancel contract and put the thing in a draw were it cant hurt anyone else.
Some good features but whats the point if the thing cooks itself or gets that hot it is unusable, worst and most expensive Nokia i have have ever had.

    • Good: quickoffice, WiFi, support for IMAP, POP3, SMTP
    • Bad: cannot use quickoffice normally because screen is too small

It looks OK but could be better. Everything looks cheap and ugly in spite of design with steel elements. Web browsing is not convenient because of small screen, difficult to use qouickoffice for same reason. PDF is not tagged in any way so little chance to see pdf normally.Buttons are f@cked up totally. Who is going to type on such "business phone" long text? Bottom line don't buy nokia E51! It's a joke, some sort of parody of smartphone.

    • Good: Feature Rich
    • Bad: Very disappointed with the longevity of the device. during day-to-day use.

My experience with the E51 started out great, and I was very impressed with the features and general performance of the phone. However, on a hot day don't leave the phone in your pocket whilst in the sun. I fried 2 which were replaced on warranty, the third time Nokia refused to replace the handset. Nokia stated it had water damage, which must have been from condensation in my pocket. In addition, 3 buttons were dysfunctional at various times. Very disappointed with the longevity of the device.

    • Good: design, size, reception, ease of use
    • Bad: nothing

Guys it is not a computer but if you are looking for a real phone this is it. Simple to use, easy to carry and has great reception and connectivity. Highly recommended if you are looking for a real phone but if you are looking to check facebook then look for something else.

    • Good: For Nothing
    • Bad: Heats up to uncomfortable. Battery life very short

Not much to review - only lasted 10 days and now has been back being repaired for 2 weeks. Over heated badly. Especially on charge. Battery eventually would not recharge at all.

    • Good: Everythingg
    • Bad: Nothing Really

    • Good: I didn't pay for it - my employer did!
    • Bad: Crappy features - burns my ear - short battery life

In short, the worst phone I ever used. If company policy allowed me to use my own phone I would but as there are lockdowns applied to work phones, I'm not allowed.

This thing HEATS UP MAJORLY! I'm so worried about it I may hand it back to my employer, else risk a basket-ball size tumour!

Usually I'm not one to worry about features, phone & wifi is my main use, but the menu is very unintuitive and features are very basic.

    Avoid like the plague.
