Nokia E65
By Siddharth Raja on 28 March 2007
Easily one of the best looking handsets on the market with a good assortment of features including Wi-Fi, quadband support and Quickoffice, but the E65 is better suited to those after business chic rather than business geek.

- Good: Big screen, nice size phone and excellent battery life
- Bad: Constant buzzing when the keypad lights up / you are making a call / typing a message. By far the slowest phone I've had and constantly freezes and crashes. Terrible reception. Three friends also have exactly the same issues with theirs.
For the money I paid for it i'm not impressed with this phone. It may look nice but it is frustrating to use in terms of the constant buzzing and the lack of speed.

- Good: notepad (useful for storing pws etc)
smooth slide screen
doubles as a Mp3 player
no internal damage when dropped from about 1 metre? (i think? this is from experience)
Symbian operating system (that means .JAR files will work)
bluetooth ( bluetooth hacking is fun ;] )
contact and image sync
own key (now thats useful)
set-able screen menu
3G and good service (even on Mt.Buller!) - Bad: my keypad backlight doesnt light up no more? (it did when i got it :S)
lags ALOT especially when has a loaded SD card in it.
WiFi and net doesnt work? ( think its just this one)
battery died in a convo once about 2.50 hrs?
camera isnt worth using.
scratches when dropped
no pre installed games?
GPS is useless
hard to use properly
i guess i just didnt really like it...
Well, i have had my E65 for two years now, my contract with 3 has finished (:
overall i think it wasnt that great, im now looking forward to the Samsung G800 and hope thats better ;D - Good: notepad (useful for storing pws etc)

- Good: 3g phone with Blackberry Connect Software.
- Bad: Just delete unwanted messages to make sure it doesn't get overloaded and slow.
Great phone and use the Blackberry Connect software all the time. Bought it from telaustralia and no problem with support or advice.

- Good: - ok screen,
- good storage of photos and music,
- phone plan will be over soon so you can get rid of it - maybe test its flying ability - it will be quite therapeutic - Bad: - constantly crashing
- so ridiculously slow, it has on occasion taken me 5 minutes to open a text message
- sometimes it wont even let me make a phone call, which is the ultimate point of a phone really
- phone freezes often
- loses reception for no apparent reason
- occasionally, when the phone is in a bad mood, it wont let you press random buttons that were working 5 minutes earlier and will eventually work 15 minutes later
- battery life is quite poor
i have always been told how good nokia phones are and when i upgraded i was 'encouraged' by the store clerk to try the nokia e65. i think he was just trying to get rid of the rubbish in store.
- Good: - ok screen,

hmmm, lets see gave 4/10 on 18/10/2008 10:09
- Good: *It has a nice big screen
- Bad: *Very slow
*Quick launch button fails
*Paint on cover peeled off in the first couple of months.
I've had many Nokia phones, and I have to say that the E65 is probably the worst. It lags when opening programs and the quick launch button stopped would only work occasionally. It's also mainly aimed at a manager of some descirption in my opinion, based on the software provided. Although I doubt management would find this phone useful due to the slow speed of accessing software.
- Good: *It has a nice big screen
