O2 Xda Flame
By Alex Kidman on 23 July 2007
The Flame promises a lot, and delivers a lot -- both in raw size and features. It is sadly let down by its battery life, however.

amazing device, no doubt o2 has the power to think out of the box and bring out something very unique. a graphics card and a sound card is a feature which many of the pcs don't have. its just fabulous.

40x480 Screen Resolution is like a 14" monitor. So for only Dopod U1000 can compete. Apple iPhone 480x320, other PPC only has 320x240. This is the MAIN REASON I buy O2 Xda Flame. When I travel, I need to access to my email, surf internet, look at my document in full page, present by Power Point presentation to customers. It could attach to a TV for Power Point Presentation. I could take photo for sample products in China. Even though it is a bit bigger, but no choice in order to view bigger document.
- Good: 640 x 480 Screen Resolution. Apple iPhone only 480 x 320. Other PPC 320x240.
- Bad: Battery life short.

I Love it! A true PDA that is a phone, not the other way around. It is a bit big but once you get a good case, it is not so fragile.
syncing is a breeze and adding appointments is easy.
I've had it for a few months now and had no problems. For windows/pda users this is the only way to fly.
Brilliant gadget.- Good: Tons of memory, 4Gb with 2Gb micro card.
Great as a phone, very clear from both ends. Great coverage with virgin.
Wi-fi is excellent, browsing is easy with good sized screen.
easy to customize ring tones.
comes with lots of cords to connect.
headphones are surprisingly good, even for an audiophile.
- Bad: camera not great, but good enough.
Battery not great but considering the functions, it does a great job.
- Good: Tons of memory, 4Gb with 2Gb micro card.
