hangs frequently, phone awful and screen cracks easily
Windows is the what makes this product good. The o2 mini is terrible as a phone. The screen on mine just cracked and at $330 to replace I wont be buying another. No repairs except in queensland. Plam treo with windows for me

Memory and screen alignment problems
Good unit but with 64mb Ram and 64mb Rom it seems to run out of memeory fast when installing programs. Also there are screen alignment problems...mine is currently in fdor repairs under warranty for this. This is a common fault for the mini apparently (as far as the forums say). You align the screen then within a hour the screen is as much as 0.5 cm out of alignment, with a screen size as big as the O2 mini that is a real problem, and a pain!!

Great Gadget Overall
I m have been using the o2 for a month now and i find its quite a good gadget. It is my first pda phone and i find it prtty useful with all the things i need. of course it is not 100% perfect but i dont expect THAT much so i am vr satisfied with it. A word of advice is dont install the 02 plus beta if you dont need it. it kinda slows the phone down. cheerz

Looks good to me
Everything is good except...
From the reviews i have read so far these are the main problems that occur.
1.Poor Sound Quality(eg when having a conversation)
2.Sometimes hang.
3.Cannot be turned off fully, have to turn off using an alternate way.
4.Battery Life is not as expected.
5.Camera is quite poor for a 1.3 MP. and basically useless at night.
6.No WiFi
7.The Case that is provided is dangerous.
8.When having a conversation the contact between your ear and the pda touches the end call button.
9.Programs run in background. Can only be closed through Running Programs.
10.Cannot be used with Handsfree.
According to most of the users.
I believe this phone is very attractive and i plan to buy one myself because fo all those features and functions it possess :p -

Happy Camper
I've only had my mini a week, and have not had a pocket pc device before, but I am really happy with it and have had no problems to date.
